Every Stagecraft product is sold and installed under warranty. Our engineers will carry out service and repair work as needed on any theatrical machines or equipment bought from our company.
The Stagecraft technical support team is always on hand during business hours.
For compatibility reasons, however, we are reluctant to service any equipment bought from other manufacturers.
A regular, scheduled maintenance team is being developed for high schools. This is due to the high level of technical equipment found in media classrooms and performing arts centres and the frequent teacher turnover – each school will be able to have a designated Stagecraft engineer on standby, eliminating the need for staff and students to service their equipment.
